Aspire has a committed team of systems leaders and teachers able to support other schools to raise standards of teaching and improve outcomes for children and young people. The team are able to support and capacity build in a wide range of areas.  Our Executive Headteacher leads the Wigan Schools Secondary Disadvantaged Strand which offer partnership and collaborative working to enhance opportunities for SEN and mainstream pupils. The team host national conferences, courses and workshops including disadvantaged, peer reviews, SEN and outstanding pedagogy in practice.

Elaine Brash our Co-Chair has completed a NCTL Chair of Governors Development programme. We can offer support for : Governor Mark Applications—Aspire hold Governor Mark SEN training for Governors Development days for Governing Bodies Bespoke sessions can be delivered to Governing Bodies in relation to SEN

As a National Pupil Premium finalist 2015 and a National Support School, Aspire provides Pupil Premium reviews locally and nationally,  providing effective self evaluation for schools and their leadership.
