In this module you will have:

  • Identified the key points from a range of change management themes and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Developed an understanding of the importance of change management in terms of leadership
  • Explored the internal drivers for change and identify key skills a leader needs in terms of managing both aspects
  • Draw upon the experience and knowledge of practicing leaders in order to identify how we can maximise the impact of change

Session 1 – An introduction to change

During this session we will use a discussion session to look at what effective change management is and identify the key strategies which leaders can draw upon to lead change.

Session 2 – Making it happen – using a logic model

During this session you will listen to a range of leaders discuss the learning from their own projects, observing and recording the strategies they used, the effectiveness and identifying the key personal learning gained by the leader.

You will have the opportunity to engage in a creative planning session completing a logic model around your identified change management project, with an assigned coach and mentor.
