Session 2 – “It ain’t what you do it’s the way that you do it”

We will explore what we mean by ethic’s and the implications for leadership including the 7 principles of public life.

We will review our learning from part 1 and further explore key aspects of successful leaders.

We will consider the role which personal attributes and character play in determine our leadership qualities.

We will consider what we mean by Leadership styles, why it matters and how we use them.

You will have the opportunity to explore and create your list of presented non-negotiables enabling you to reflect and guide you in your leadership journey. You will also have the opportunity to listen to ‘real’ leaders talk about how their attributes have supported their learning journey.
