• Through a series of interactive scenarios explore how key relationship skills, strategies and experience support our leadership and culture
• Explore the relationship between key partners such as governors and the Local Authority

• Establish the key attributes of highly effective teams
• Evaluate strategies for getting your team on board
• Explore the ‘shadow side’ of an organisation and the implications of this for us as a leader
